Another San Angelo Seafood Joint Washes Out

SAN ANGELO— A local seafood restaurant has been shut down due to the owner not paying the rent.

Craving Crab, located at 4545 Sherwood Way, has been shut down due to “delinquent rent” and the location has been locked out.

A notice on the door of Craving Crab says:

“In accordance with Chapter 93 of the Texas Property Code, and remedies under “Tenet Default” as per section 18.2 of the lease, you are hereby locked out for delinquent rent owed for the premises located at 4545 Sherwood Way in San Angelo, Texas. Demand is hereby made for payment of the back-due rent.

Per Section 93.002 of the Code, Landlord’s Agent has placed written notice on the front door and has provided the contact information below from which a new key may be obtained. The new key will be provided only during regular business hours and only if Tenant pays the delinquent rent. If not paid, Landlord shall pursue legal and equitable remedies as detailed within the lease.”

The Crab, located at 3035 Knickerbocker Road, also shut their doors earlier this year but a new Mexican food bar and grill is taking its place.
