Local Pitmaster Wants to Own Smitty's Smokehouse

SAN ANGELO, TX - In a bid to secure ownership of Smitty's Smokehouse, Daniel and Christina Smith, the current operators of the establishment, are reaching out to the community for financial support.

“We have been given the opportunity to own Smitty’s Smokehouse solely,” information on GoFundMe stated. “We have worked hard to get to this point, and without the means to successfully come up with the funds on our own, we are asking for donation help to purchase the rights to Smitty's."

To facilitate this transition, the couple has set up a donation campaign to raise the necessary funds.

The fundraising goal is $75,000. As of now, $1,080 has already been raised.
