Here's What’s Being Built Behind Shannon South on Sunset Dr.

SAN ANGELO, TX - For months now, contractors have been clearing and leveling land along the railroad tracks on Sunset Drive behind the old Angelo Community Hospital, now Shannon South.  

Speculation has crisscrossed social media about what is being built there.  

According to building permits from the City of San Angelo, a Harrison Family Dental is under construction at 2040 Sunset Dr.

The total cost of the project is shown as $3 million. 

There is currently one other Harrison Family Dental in town located at 2121 Knickerbocker Rd.
