SAN ANGELO – Reece Albert Inc. crews are paving the final layer of asphalt on the section of College Hills Blvd. between Millbrook and Ave. N this week and area residents couldn't be happier.
It's been almost two years since the project first began.
The final touches on this stretch of roadway is the last layer of asphalt being applied to College Hills Boulevard, specifically from W. Avenue N to Millbrook Drive. This stretch, a pivotal artery for commuters and locals alike, is poised for its ultimate transformation as the concluding phase of paving is set to commence Today and go through Friday, December 8.
