First Financial Bank to Serve Community in 8th Annual Day of Service

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — First Financial Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIN), has announced that it will conduct its eighth annual company-wide Day of Service on Columbus Day, October 9, 2023. First Financial has partnered with nearly 100 local non-profit and community organizations across the state to provide assistance and perform service projects in each of the communities it serves. With more than 1,000 employees from 79 statewide branches participating in the federal holiday, Day of Service initiatives will take place in many communities across First Financial’s footprint.

This year’s projects in San Angelo include:

  • General maintenance with San Angelo State Park
  • Organizing the ReStore at Habitat for Humanity
  • Helping in the garden areas and with landscaping at Baptist Retirement Community 
  • Coordinating various projects on behalf of United Way
