SAN ANGELO – The San Angelo Association of Realtors is hosting a Landlord/Tenant Forum Tuesday evening at the Stephens Library to answer tough questions about renting property in San Angelo.
The forum is designed with a question and answer session to take on issues ranging from repairs to late fees to lease agreements and evictions.
The forum includes the following:
- The Well-Written Lease/Texas Property Code Overview
- Lease Compliance: The Key to a Successful Tenancy
- City Rental Assistance Program A Comprehensive Guide
- The Ins & Outs of Evictions & Writs of Possession
- To Repair or Not to Repair: Required Maintenance, Tenants Rights & Security Deposits
- Having Renter's & Landlord Insurance Policies in Place
- Understanding Rising Rents/Pathway to Home Ownership
The Landlord/Tenant forum is free and is being held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 25 in the Sugg Room on the 3rd Floor of the Stephens Central Library Downtown.
The Forum is free and open to the public.
