SAN ANGELO, TX – Bath and Body Works is opening a new location in the Sunset Shopping Center near the Sunset Mall.
According to the City of San Angelo Building Permits and Inspections recent monthly report, Bath and Body Works is set to move into the former Versona building at 4175 Sunset Dr.
Currently, a $300,000 permit is pending for the new location. The permit is expected to be approved in the next few months.

Bath and Body Works is currently located in the Sunset Mall and is one of the most tenured stores. When asked if the mall location would remain open, a store employee declined to comment.
In recent years, several stores including Victoria's Secret, Bealls, PacSun, and more have chosen to close their locations in the mall. Buckle, in particular, relocated from the mall to the former Kirkland's location at 4205 Sunset Dr. in 2022.
The exact move-in date for the new location is yet to be determined as the permit has not been officially approved.
