SAN ANGELO – The ongoing construction on College Hills Blvd. is scheduled to shift to the Sunset Blvd. intersection Monday according to the City of San Angelo.
College Hills will be closed from Chatterton to Sunset as underground utility work continues. The section of roadway is expected to be closed through June 16.

Where: College Hills Boulevard from Chatterton to Sunset drives.
When: Monday, May 22, to Friday, June 16.
Detours: Use Sul Ross Street to Chatterton Drive to access north College Hills Boulevard
The work is part of the ongoing project to completely reconstruct College Hills from Ave. N to Loop 306. The College Hills project is also part of the $80 million, ten year major thoroughfare rehabilitation project by the City.
Crews continue to work on the drainage project on College Hills at the Red Arroyo from Oxford to Vista Del Arroyo where the roadway is reduced to one lane in each direction through the construction zone. Motorists are urged to avoid the area if at all possible.
Businesses along College Hills in the construction zone are open for business and are accessible.
