Blowin' Smoke: How to Celebrate 4/20 LEGALLY in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – It's 4/20. If you don't know what that means you can leave. However for those that do here is how you can legally celebrate the big day.

For starters, the state of Texas is one of the strictest states when it comes to the Devil's Lettuce. For simple possession from .0001 grams to 2 ounces you could spend 180 days in jail. If you've got a pound then that'll be a felony and 2 years in prison.

So if you're going to celebrate you better be prepared to either do it legally or be ready to spend some hard time. Plus if you are booked then you're likely to make San Angelo LIVE!'s Booking Report the next day.

In Texas there are some ways to celebrate though. The number one way is to use marijuana alternatives. A local shop here in town, Head Hunters Smoke Shop, located at the 1900 Sherwood Way, has a number of alternatives to THC Delta 8. Those include Delta 9 THC, Delta 10 THC, THC-A, THC-B, HHC, THC-O, THC-P, and THC-V.

The photo below is an example of some of their merchandise. The photo shows an 1/8 of JealousyXCreme THCA 21% with a pre-rolled joint, with dabs inserted, rolled in keef.

Other ways to celebrate would of course listen to songs from artists like Bob Marley, Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg, or Wiz Khalifa. Watch movies like Up In Smoke, Half Baked, or We're the Millers. However you celebrate just make sure you do it legally.

If you gotten this far and still don't know, 4/20 is the world wide holiday celebrating marijuana. If you haven't celebrated in the past then this is your year.
