Clueless Biden Administration Signs Off on Regulating Water in 'Puddles', 'Ditches' & 'Culverts'

WASHINGTON D.C. – "The federal government shouldn’t have jurisdiction to regulate puddles, ditches, seasonal creeks or culverts. All this rule does is make it more difficult to grow food or build anything." said California Congressman Doug LaMalfa who opposes the new regulations.

The move by Biden signed quietly over the holidays reverses Republican legislation prior to the Obama administration which defined the "Waters of the United States" as navigable waters, exempting puddles, ditches, culverts and seasonal creeks from overreaching Federal Control.

Now, as under Obama, a puddle on private property is defined as "Waters of the United States" and is subject to heavy handed Federal control from Washington D.C.

The revised rules define what types of water bodies are protected under the Clean Water Act and were based on definitions that were put in place before 2015 during the Obama administration.

Fox News is reporting Republican Sen. Steve Daines of Montana also raised concerns about the federal government overreaching, saying that the Obama administration’s rule was "written so broadly" that it covered everything from puddles to irrigation ditches on private land, making them subject to federal regulations.

"This is a step in the wrong direction from the Biden administration and it infringes on the rights of Montana farmers, ranchers and landowners," Daines said in a statement last week. "This overreaching rule threatens Montana ag and natural resources and is unacceptable. I will continue to vigorously fight to protect Montanans from out-of-touch rules handed down from D.C. bureaucrats."

The move could potentially be devastating to farmers in the Concho Valley who irrigate cotton and other crops.

We just need to stop all chemical use on farms and lawns and force everyone to compost, grow their own food under government supervision and restrict the oxygen they breathe and blot out the sun.  No sense in starting any common sense solutions this late in the game.  Get that electric car and recharge it with pixie dust as you drive 50 miles a day to visit grandma across the country while children are killing themselves digging for lithium and carbon in Africa make $1 polluting the ground in that country.  Start spinning your own fibers and making your own clothes while you're at it rather than buying them from sweat shops and child traffickers.  The world is looking a little bleak at the moment.  Sometimes I wished I were Amish.

Republicans finally get the chance to run elections over and over again with the house speaker, and they STILL cant win. HAHAHAHA
