SAN ANGELO – Utility crews continue to replace and install water and sewer lines across College Hills Blvd. at the Red Arroyo in San Angelo keeping the street closed to traffic. The construction now stretches in some form from Vista Del Arroyo to Ave. N. and is expected to continue for some time.
The main entrance for Sports Next Level will be closed for utility construction for the remainder of this week according to information from the City of San Angelo. A temporary entrance will be established on College Hills Boulevard south of the intersection of Millbrook Drive and College Hills.

The ongoing utility and street work is part of the overall project to reconstruction College Hills Blvd. from Ave. N to Loop 306 and is part of the ten year, $80 million street rehabilitation project which began with MLK Blvd. and has included Bell St. and Southwest Blvd.
The next major street to be reconstruction is N. Chadbourne from 6th St. by the bus station to 43rd St. by the San Angelo Coliseum.
