SAN ANGELO – College Hills Blvd. from Millbrook to Clare St. will be closed for over a month starting Monday.
According to information from the City of San Angelo, utility construction crews will continue the process of replacing water and sewer lines in the area which will necessitate the closure.

There have been several temporary street closures in the area on College Hills from Millbrook to Ave. N recently because of the construction, but this one is notable because it will last for over a month from Monday, Oct. 3 to Monday, Nov. 14.
The closure is part of a larger project of rebuilding College Hills Blvd. from Ave. N to Loop 306. The utility relocation work will be completed first then crews will rebuild the entire roadway.
