Here's Where College Hills Blvd. Will Be Closed Thursday & Friday

SAN ANGELO – Another section of College Hills Blvd. will be closed Thursday and Friday as part of the ongoing utility construction in the area.

Road closure updates

Where: College Hills from Trinity Avenue to Patrick Street
When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1-Friday, Sept. 2
Detours: Citizens traveling north on College Hills may avoid the closure by traveling east on Sac Avenue to A&M to Avenue N to access College Hills. Southbound travelers can take Beauregard Avenue to Cornell Avenue to access the southern part of College Hills.

Crews are installing new water and sewer utility lines under the street before the roadway itself will be reconstructed.

The work is part of a project to completely rebuild College Hills Blvd. from Loop 306 to Ave N. as part of the City's ten year, $80 million investment in major street projects.
