Adventure Awaits at This New Business Coming to Downtown San Angelo

SAN ANGELO – Downtown San Angelo will be adding a new spot for adults to not only grab a drink but play some games as well.

Erik Borrego, Owner of Circuit Breaker game bar, told San Angelo LIVE! that in the next few months he and his business partner, Kevin Navolanic, will be officially opening up a game bar.

What is a game bar? Borrego explained it as an arcade that is catered to adults. This particular game bar will feature a number of classic arcade games such as Pacman and more.

"We just felt that there is nothing to do downtown except drink," said Borrego. The idea of opening one in San Angelo has been on Borrego's mind for awhile. He says that his partner used to live in North Carolina. On visits the two would enjoy their time together at a game bar there.

Now the two are preparing to open the business by mid summer. Borrego confirmed that the bar is complete but the location still needs certain things approved by the city to move forward.

The bar will not serve food but will have an abundance of premier beer, wine, and liquor. This will be an adult only venue.

Circuit Breaker game bar will be located at 109 S Chadbourne near Fuentes Downtown and the Chadbourne Tavern.
