Jealous Husband Beats Wife's Lover to Death at El Paso Airport

EL PASO, TX – An El Paso man was arrested on Friday after authorities say he beat a Southwest Airlines employee to death after learning the employee had an affair with his wife.

According to the multiple sources, on Dec. 3, Bernard Walter Christmann, 50, was arrested and charged with the murder of 49–year-old Juan Anzaldo. 

Anzaldo was killed by blunt force trauma to the head on Nov. 19 at 9:57 p.m. after getting off of work at the El Paso airport. Anzaldo was killed while in the parking lot at the airport.

The investigation by the Crimes Against Persons detectives and the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force revealed that Anzaldo was in a dating relationship with Christimann’s wife.
