SAN ANGELO, TX — The Young Professionals of San Angelo met at Sealy Flats for a social gathering Thursday evening and named new officers for 2022. Outgoing president Justin DeLoach made the announcements.
The next president will be Sun Cha. Sun is the marketing director for Concho Educators Federal Credit Union. Arielle Plesant will serve as Vice President. Arielle is a consumer lending officer at First Financial Bank Texas in San Angelo. Diarmid Campbell of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers District 520 and Rebeka Samples, who recruits foster parents for Children’s Hope in San Angelo, round out the new board.
At the social. Helen’s Bistro & Bakery catered grilled burgers and brats and Farmers Insurance agent Steven Freatman sponsored the open bar. About 30 current and prospective members attended and networked.
Young Professionals of San Angelo, founded in 2009, provides career minded individuals with opportunities to develop socially, professionally, and civically. The organization invites those 40 years old and under who are interested joining to contact them through their Facebook page or look for their next networking event.
