Surprise! This New Business Will Be in Your Upscale Neighborhood

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Home owners in Bentwood will be happy to hear that a new storage unit facility will be joining the newly built apartment complex near N. Brentwood Dr.

According to the City of San Angelo's building and permits inspection report for the month of July, a $2,000,000 permit request has been submitted for a Sunset Mini Storage to be built at 1797 W. Loop 306.

Currently there is already a Sunset Mini Storage facility located near the Sunset apartments at 1639 Sunset Dr. Now Sunset Mini Warehouses LLC wants to build another storage unit facility across the loop from their current location.

The units will be built between N. Bentwood Dr. and Foster Rd. on the Loop 306 frontage road. In the area, a number of other projects are under construction including a number of new homes and the Wolf Creek apartments.

As the word spread regarding the construction of the apartment complex a number of Bentwood residents raised their voices with concerns like "You aren’t going to have apartment dwellers looking down into Bentwood homes’ backyards or anything like that." Hooray !!!! Now build about 500 low rent HUD houses to encircle the Bentwood estates along with free zoning permits for the construction of used and second stores to be built along with bars with live bands so those nose thumbers living out there will finally be equal to the North side dwellers of town and no longer feeling they are superior and above everybody else......
