Here is What's Happening at the Former Shannon Clinic on College Hills

SAN ANGELO, TX – If you've driven down College Hills Blvd. recently you might've wondered "What is going on in the old Shannon Clinic?"

According to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Member Services Vicki Loso the building located at 4141 College Hills Blvd. will be remodeled into the new mortgage and business location for 1st Community Federal Credit Union.

The location was previously owned by Shannon Medical Center. Records with the Tom Green County Appraisal District show that the deed to the building was sold to 1CFCU in Oct. of 2019.

Loso did not give a date for the completion of the building but says they are moving fast.

"We are remodeling the building because we are growing so fast," said Loso. "We are so fortunate."

Currently the mortgage and business location is inside the main 1CFCU building located on 3500 Wildewood Dr.

Their other locations include a location on Goodfellow AFB, 620 W. 29th St., Eldorado, Ballinger, and more in the permian basin.
