Gov Abbott Signs Alcohol-To-Go Law

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – On Wednesday Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1204 into law, thus allowing beer, wine, and mixed drinks to be included in pickup and delivery food orders.

Alcohol to go was a lifeline for many restaurant owners who struggled amid pandemic shutdowns and capacity restrictions.
