SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new business into Downtown San Angelo Thursday, Vivid Pop Events.
The events business has been open since Jun. 2020 and is now running full steam ahead.
Vivid Pop Events is where balloon art is at the height of sophistication. Paired with designer services, they create balloon decorations for all events.
"Every design is different and we build it based on what you want," said Tammy Merwin, owner of Vivid Pop. "It's up to your imagination."

During the ribbon cutting held on Thursday, Apr. 29, multiple notable people from San Angelo were in attendance. People such as the Chamber's cadres, Mayor Brenda Gunter, and head of Downtown San Angelo Del Velasquez.
All of them wished Merwin the best of luck with her business and ensured their confidence that she will succeed. Here is the ribbon cutting: (Note: The first attempt at cutting the ribbon was with material from vivid pop events. This just shows how high grade their material is.)
