SAN ANGELO, TX – Shine Brite Lube Center is currently building a new location in north San Angelo.
According to the City of San Angelo's Building and Inspections Department, in Mar. 2021, a commercial project permit was issued for a Shine Brite Lube Center to be built at the intersection of W. 23rd St. and N. Bryant Blvd.
The project is expected to cost $800,000. This location has previously been a KFC and other small businesses. The building has been unoccupied for some time.
The Tom Green County Appraisal District has the property estimated to be worth $73,000. The property is listed to be owned by Irby Construction Company out of Richland, MS.

There is already one Shine Brite in San Angelo which is located at 4232 Sherwood Way. This location not only has a lube center but a car wash as well.
Shine Brite is open Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The new location will be called Shine Brite Lube North.
