Amazon Is Coming To Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX -- The City of Lubbock is kicking off the month of February with an economic announcement.

According to the  Lubbock Economic Development Alliance, Amazon will be opening two facilities in the city.

The first facility will be located at the Lubbock business park. This will create 200 full-time jobs and more than 100 part-time positions.

The second location will serve as a delivery station and employ  30 full-time positions and up to 70 part-time positions.
