SAN ANGELO, TX – The wait to see what restaurant will open in the former Zentner's Daughter location on Knickerbocker Rd. is over as Napoli's Italian Restaurant announced in a social media post it has reached a deal to open there.
Here's the Tuesday afternoon announcement on Facebook: "Time to announce the surprise for San Angelo today Napolis officially took over Zentner’s daughter."
As we reported, Zentner's Daughter closed at the end of the year.
Napoli's surprise announcement comes after the restaurant announced it was permanently closing.
On May 7, 2020 Napoli's made this announcement: "Unfortunately due to shut down for Covid-19 for about eight weeks we are forced to shut down our restaurant permanently. We thank all of people of San Angelo for supporting us, And we looking forward to see you at Lily’s Pizza."
Napoli's Italian Restaurant expects to open later this summer.
