Chick-fil-A Offering Keto-Friendly Items

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Chick-fil-A has started a "new year, new you" campaign which has brought a Keto-friendly menu.

"Each year, changes to diet and eating habits top New Year’s resolutions lists, said Chick-fil-A. "While it may seem impossible to eat on-the-go while sticking to one of the hottest diet trends - the ketogenic (or “keto”) diet – it’s easier than you think!"

According to Chick-fil-A, they have a wide variety of selection items from breakfast all the way to dinner time.

Some of the offerings for breakfast include the Egg White Grill (1g net carbs, without English muffin) to the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit (2g net carbs, without the biscuit) or the Hash Brown Scramble with no hash browns. Lunch and dinner options include the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), Grilled Nuggets (eight count, 2g net carbs), and the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken (10g net carbs).

The dressings and sauces are also very low in cabs. They range from 3g net cards to some that do not have any.

Chick-fil-A's locations in San Angelo are at 1609 Knickerbocker Rd., 3270 S. FM 2288, inside the Sunset Mall, and one inside the University Center at Angelo State University. They are open Monday-Saturday 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
