Schneider Distributing Breakfast Burritos for Toys for Tots

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Schneider Distributing held its eighth annual Toys for Tots drive Friday morning selling breakfast burritos and exchanging burritos for toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. 

Schneider Distributing sold breakfast burritos from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Friday morning at 1 S. Abe St.  

The company also donates 10 cents per gallon of propane sold in the month of December to Toys for Tots. 

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.

The program was founded in 1947 by reservist Major Bill Hendricks.
