TABC Temporarily Pulls Liquor License From Popular Wall Resturant

WALL, TX-- One of the most popular restaurants in Wall has been temporarily lost the right to serve alcohol at their business.

The "Ole Gin Steaks & Buffett" has lost the license to serve after owner 79-year-old Eugene Cmerek was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Cmerek got into a fight with a manager of the restaurants son Arnulfo Rivero Jr.

The Ole Gin had to reapply for the license and until the 26th no liquor will be allowed to be sold there, nor brought on the premises.

They will also be having new hours of Monday thru Friday 11-2 and then will reopen from 5-9 on weekdays, and 5-10 on weekends. They will not be open on Sunday.
