Legendary Cycle Business Brings Expertise to San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Peyton’s Bikes has been a long-time staple in the Midland area and has brought that experience and expertise to San Angelo. Peyton’s Bikes first opened by the Peyton brothers in 1956 to bring quality bicycles and service to the Permian Basin. Now Jason Haislip has brought Peyton’s Bikes to San Angelo.

Jason bought Peyton’s Bikes in 2017 and has worked to bring his cycling expertise to San Angelo. “I have been working with bikes my entire life,” said Jason. “I started with a BMX bike and then I moved to a mountain bike.” He familiarized himself with the different types of bikes and how to repair them and became the one-stop shop for everything cycling.

“I bought my first work stand when I was in high school and I was the one who would fix everyone’s bikes in the neighborhood,” said Jason. He is still fixing bikes today and teaching others how to as well.

Sebastian Haynes is the general manager of the Peyton’s Bikes San Angelo location. Sebastian is a long-time cycling enthusiast who has the answer to all things cycling. Sebastian and the Peyton’s Bikes crew will help you find the bike that fits best for you and give you the pointers you need to enjoy cycling.

The store as a variety of different bikes: children’s bikes, BMX bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, cycle cross bikes, hybrid bikes, and many more with top brands like Giant, Trek, Specialized, Liv, Surly, and Cannondale. “We have 70 bikes in stock and if you find something online, that is at the Midland store, we can have it here in no time,” said Sebastian.

Peyton’s Bikes also offers bike repairs. Peyton’s website states, “Our staff at Peyton’s is always there to help with your bike service problems.
