SAN ANGELO, TX — The Latest Scoop, the popular ice cream shop located at 37 W. Concho Ave., will be highlighted in the Saturday, September 22 episode of the Texas Country Reporter.
This program can be locally viewed on ABC – KTXS channel 12 at 6:30 p.m.
The Latest Scoop has been in operation since 2016. It was founded by Sid, Judy and Scott Clemmer. Sid attended Penn State and took the “Diary Science Ice Cream Short Course” a course that starts from the cow to production. Famous Alumni of the Penn State class include Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of "Ben & Jerry."
