When is the Cork & Pig Tavern Moving?

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Soon.  Within days. According to the sign outside the new location, the Cork & Pig Tavern is moving to the former Johnny Carino’s location at 1407 Knickerbocker before the end of the month.  

The building has a new paint job on the outside and new signage.  The C.P.T. as it is known is currently in a building at 2201 Knickerbocker Rd. at the corner of Johnson and Knickerbocker.  

The website lists Felipe Armenta and Virginia Dalbeck as  part owners. Dalbeck was the runner up in the TV show Hell’s Kitchen in season two.   

The Cork & Pig has three locations; San Angelo, Odessa and Ft. Worth.  According to the restaurant’s website, “The Cork & Pig Tavern is a unique, chef driven blend of brick oven pizzas, gourmet salads, and an array of signature entrees, sandwiches, and mouth watering apps and sides. Complimented by our expansive wine selections, craft beers, and specialty cocktails, you're sure to find the Cork & Pig Tavern to be an exciting environment for friends and family to relax, laugh, and dine.”

Armenta and Dalbeck also opened The Grill in San Angelo at 5769 Sherwood Way.
