Texas State Bar to Honor San Angelo Attorney

SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo attorney Sara Anne Giddings will be honored by the State Bar of Texas tomorrow. The honor happens at the Bar’s annual Meeting on June 22 and 23 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

She will receive the Joseph M. Prichard Outstanding Director Award presented by the Texas Young Lawyers Association. She was the President of the Tom Green County Young Lawyers Association from 2015 until this year.

Giddings received her undergraduate degree in political science from Austin College in 2004. She obtained her JD from the University of Houston.

Before launching her own law firm, Giddings Law Firm, in San Angelo, she worked at the law offices of Smith, Rose, Finley handling transactional services like wills, probate, tax law, and trusts. She has worked extensively with oil and gas service companies.

Giddings currently sits on the board of directors for the Texas Young Lawyers Association representing Region 15, which encompasses San Angelo and Abilene.
