SAN ANGELO, TX - Heff’s burgers and Stotts Chiropractic are starting off the New Year with plans for new locations, but with the same commitment to serving San Angelo’s community. Heff's will open its new location where Stotts is located now, 3402 Knickerbocker, and the chiropractor will move to a location not too far from there.
Heff’s Burgers Builds New Building
Stotts Chiropractic's current location on Knickerbocker was once a bank. However, for a more Heff's-like feel, that building will be torn down and replaced with a new one.
Brenda Heffermen, owner of Heff’s, said construction plans begin in February of this year, and is expected to finish by April or May.
The new building will model Heff's Abilene location.
Heffermen also said there will be a grand opening after construction finalizes.
Stotts Chiropractic Makes Necessary Move
Stotts Chiropractor's move to the new location to 3184 Executive Dr will happen in the next four weeks. Dr. Darci Stotts talked to LIVE! about her plans for the new location.
She said she first started the practice in 1989, just around the corner from the new location. Almost 28 years later, she maintains her commitment to helping the San Angelo community.
However, 20 new services will be available at the new location. A new doctor will also be joining the team, and that joint venture will provide patients with 60 years of experience.
“We are both spinal trauma specialists, and it’s an absolutely wonderful approach that we are adding in 2017,” Dr. Stotts said.
Dr. Stotts said she and her team hope to make "a footprint in the community" by providing excellent community health. Their goal: to reach every family in San Angelo.
Some notable strengths of this practice include High Definition (HD) and digital x-rays available the same day they are taken in office.
“This alone will set us apart from not just chiropractors in town, but any physician in town,” Stotts said.
Providing a standard of care for all patients is a top priority for her practice, and that starts by ensuring patients won’t have to travel out of town to get the care they need.
The motivation for moving came from the need for space to implement all of these changes. It took almost a year to find the appropriate location, Stotts said.
Stotts promises the services provided by her practice “literally” can’t be found in other cities in Texas, like Houston or Dallas.
“West Texas is one of the least healthy areas in the state, and for us to be able to provide services that absolutely change that makes a huge difference for the health of our city,” Stotts said.
Stotts Chiropractic will be posting more information on the move as the date gets closer. Go to the business's website at http://www.stottschiro.com/, or follow it on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/stottschiro/.
