The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce will host a half-day seminar on Friday, December 11, 2015 in the Sugg Community Room at the Stephens Central Library. Entitled “How to Supervise People and Lead a Team,” seminar presenter Glenn Shepard will teach managers and HR personnel effective strategies to deal with HR issues and motivate employees to work together as a team.
The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and has been approved for 3.25 general recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. Tuition is $129 for Chamber members and $149 for non-members, and when 3 or more enroll from the same company, every 4th enrollment is free.
