Bentwood Country Club has acquired fifty-four acres of land for future residential and community structures. Among them, a full service and fully equipped fitness center is planned for construction in the fall of this year.
Construction also is slated to begin in 2015 on a gated neighborhood of comfort patio homes with retirees needs in mind. "We know that there is a segment of the population that wants the all-inclusive, community atmosphere we offer, but maybe no longer wants the maintenance involved in a larger home. So, we are building the best of both worlds for them." General Manager Patrick Ferkany said.
Beginning in April, changes to membership dues will occur also.
Director of Development Kevin Collins says "It really will be different. We have created ways to offer more for less. For example, dues for Golf categories will be inclusive of Cart fees. Small innovative changes like that really add up.".
Bentwood recently completed a complete renovation of their dining rooms and kitchen to an open floor plan based around a wood fire oven.

Well that's very nice that the residents of Bentwood accept what is in their future with the low income people moving into their neighborhoods. These future new residents will be very appreciative of welcome they will feel when they see their newly built homes with all the new entertainment areas such as the swimming attractions and play areas for all their kids to gather and have fun.
