Due to rainfall and dropping temperatures, the following offices and educational institutions will be opening on a delay Friday morning.
Adult Learning Center: delayed until 9:30am.
Angelo Catholic School: open on a two-hour delay
Angelo State University: classes will begin at 10 a.m. Only essential personnel and staff should report as usual
Ambleside School: classes begin at 10 a.m.
City of San Angelo Offices: open at 10 a.m.
Christoval ISD: open on a two-hour delay
Concho Educators FCU: open at 10 a.m.
Cornerstone Christian School: will begin classes at 10am.
Crockett County: schools open on two-hour delay
Goodfellow Air Force Base: late reporting is in effect for GAFB non-mission essential personnel. Members are to report to work on Friday, 23 Jan. by 1000 hrs. When commuting to work proceed with caution. All base personnel should stay tuned to local media for updates.
Grace Temple Childhood Development Center: open at 9 a.m.
Grape Creek: classes begin at 10 a.m.
Howard College: open on a two-hour delay
Irion County ISD: delayed for 2 hours, buses to run 2 hours late also.
Joy School: closed
Kidz R Us Daycare: open on a two-hour delay
Miles ISD: open on a two-hour delay
Region 15: open on a two-hour delay
San Angelo Christian Academy: open at 10 a.m.
San Angelo Early Childhood Center: will begin classes at 10 a.m.
SAISD: open on a two-hour delay. Buses will run 2 hours late
Schleicher County ISD: will begin classes at 10am.
Shannon Women's Center: delayed until 9 a.m.
Sonrisas: open at 10 a.m.
The Learning Center Daycare: delayed until 8:30 a.m.
TLCA: open on a two-hour delay
Trinity Lutheran Church/Early Childhood Development Center: open at 10 a.m.
Tom Green County Offices: open at 10 a.m.
West Texas Boy's Ranch: open at 10 a.m.
Paint Rock ISD: busses on a 2 hour delay classes start at 10 a.m.
