Maria was born in Ejido Ignacio Zaragoza, Mexico to the late Torib Esquivel and Augustina Soto Esquivel. She married the late Raymond Michael McCarty.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Raymond Michael McCarty sisters, Maria Guadalupe Soto, Maria Elia Esquivel Soto, Maria Magdalena Esquivel Soto, and Elisa Esquivel Soto.
Survivors include her son Michael McCarty and Irma Reyes; her daughter Missy Ward and husband Kenneth; granddaughters Michelle Perez and husband Stetson, Chelsey McCarty, and Victoria Martinez and husband Marcus; great-grandchildren Aubree Andrade, Trinity Martinez, Dominic Martinez, Slade, Steel and Slaton Perez; siblings, Juan Esquivel and Heriberta Esquivel Soto; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
No services will be held at this time. Her remains will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date.
