Joshua Paul Aldridge, 51, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026.
Viewing will be from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Robert Massie Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Aldridge was born on September 15, 1974 to John and Carrie Aldridge. He swam on the San Angelo Central High School Swim team and graduated in 1992. Joshua worked briefly at Nathan's Jewelers before attending the Texas Institute of Jewelry in Paris, Texas. After graduating, he moved to Kerrville and worked for James Avery Jewelers for 20 years. Due to health concerns Joshua retired in 2023 and returned to San Angelo.
He loved listening to classical music in the evenings to relax and watching old movies, golf and tennis on TV. Joshua was a kind, gentle, thoughtful man who always enjoyed spending time with his mother and family.
He is survived by his mother, Carrie Janette Aldridge of San Angelo; his brother, James Phillip Aldridge and his wife Terry of Glendale, Arizona; his nephew, Justin Pryce Aldridge; great nephew, Jayce Presley Aldridge; aunt, Freda Mae Connell of Spring; cousins, Charlene René Phillips, Lisa Gayle Dams, Tammie Ann Regelean, Connie Gail Beam, Kari Elizabeth Corley, Vickie Brockett, Richard L. Gray, Jr., and Jimmy Scott Gray ; and their families.
