Donald Keith Powell, 54, of San Angelo passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.Mr. Howell was born on August 20, 1971 in Milwaulke, Wisconsin. He graduated from San Angelo Central High School. He was a roofer for over 20 years. Donald liked tinkering with cameras and other electrical devices. He was a beautiful person, loved having fun and playing practical jokes on everyone. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Evans Howell of San Angelo and his biological mother, Ethel Foster of San Angelo.
