William T. Crabtree, Sr., age 72, of San Angelo, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025.
Born on May 28, 1953, in San Angelo, Texas, William was the son of Thomas Wilbur Crabtree and Edith Steen. He attended Lake View High School and later proudly served a brief term in the United States Navy. Following his service, William began a long and dedicated career as a truck driver for Joe Brown Pipe Supply.
In 1983, William married Darlene. Together, they raised two children. William enjoyed fishing, camping, and working on lawn mowers with his son. He also found great joy in the close bond he shared with his daughter-in-law, Michelle.
William was preceded in death by Darlene.
He is survived by his son, William Crabtree, Jr. and wife Michelle; his grandchildren, Jocelyn White, James Davis, Devin Stutler, John Mays, and Jacob Branch; and his great-grandchildren, Mason Stutler, Paisley Stutler, and Delilah Stutler. He is also lovingly remembered by his niece, Crystal M. Holland, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
William will be remembered for the deep love he had for his family.
