Juanita Santellano, 84, left this world on Saturday, June 21, 2025, peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by her loving family.
Public viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM with the Rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Litergy of the Word will be at 10:00 Am Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Jesse Leyva, officiating. Entombment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mrs. Santellano was born July 19, 1940 in Hacienda La Esmeralda Municipio De Zaragaza, Coahuil, Mexico to Hermenegildo and Maria Lopez. Juanita married Remigio Santellano on December 2, 1961. He preceded her in death on September 30, 2017. She has been a resident of San Angelo since 1962. Juanita loved the Lord, cooking, and going to get her hair done. Her fondest memories were being with her family. Juanita expressed in her last months that her desire was to see her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and she most wanted to see her newly born great-great grandson.
Survivors include her two sons, Rudy Santellano and wife Teresa, and Robert Santellano; three brothers, and four sisters; five grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a great-great grandson.
