Robin Kimery Daniel Leary, 68, of San Angelo, Texas, sadly passed away on May 2nd, 2025.
Robin was a lifelong musician, playing guitar in local bands through the years. Countless local musicians knew and had fond memories of playing with Robin going back to the 1970s. He had the opportunity to open for B.B. King, recorded a full album, and played with many local bands and the civic theater. In recent years he continued to play regularly in the band for his church. Fellow musicians would often refer to him as the best guitar player they've ever met.
Robin's greatest pride, however, was always his children. He never failed to let them know he loved them and was proud of their accomplishments.
Robin is survived by his children Adam Leary, Jeffry Leary, Brian Leary, and Kimery (Sean) Landers, grandchildren Jameson and Maggie Landers, as well as siblings Georgia (Larry) Turnbow, Susan Leary, and Terry Leary.
