Ruben Chapa Balli, 55, passed away April 14, 2025 at his home in San Angelo, TX.
Viewing will be from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Services will be at 2:30 on Friday April 18, 2025 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel.
Ruben was born in San Angelo, TX in 1969 to Elena Balli. He spent his education at Belaire Elementary, Edison Jr. High and graduated from Central High School in 1989. He started in the autobody business in the summer of 1988 with this brother James Balli. He really liked that type of work and made it his profession, he would go on to become a lead painter at various autobody shops in Odessa, TX.
He enjoyed rock-n-roll music and his favorite band is AC/DC, which he saw in concert several times. He also had a love for dogs and owned several through his lifetime. His favorite dogs were Lola, Slash and Malcom.
Ruben was a very savvy man and could pick up on how to do things very quickly. He had a good sense of humor and a quick wit. He had many friends and was always willing to do whatever he could for them. He will be forever missed.
He is preceded in death by his mother, brother, Mario Balli.
Ruben is survived by his sister,.Lydia Salcido; four brothers, Roy Robert Balli, James Chapa Balli, George John Balli, Benjamin C. Balli, and a very special nephew Mario Lorenzo Balli Jr. (Mojay), along with numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces. He is preceded in death by his mother; Elena C. Balli and brother; Mario Lorenzo Balli.
He will forever be in our hearts!
