Billy Wayne Spears, 82, passed away March 9, 2025 in San Angelo.
No services are scheduled at this time, arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Billy was born June 19, 1942 to William Walter Spears and Carrie Estella Rainey in Roaring Springs. He served in the United States Army from October 26, 1959 - October 31, 1979. He served in Germany, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a resident of San Angelo and worked for the city water department. He was an avid coin collector and loved vintage cars.
Billy has no known survivors. His memory will be cherished by Richard and Diana Wilcox, Robert Hymas, and Shirley Butler along with other friends and acquaintances.
Billy was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Nancy E. "Raven" Spears December 20, 2017.
