Billy Ray Fleeks III, of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in San Angelo.
Billy Ray was born March 19, 1978, in San Angelo, Texas to Billy Ray Fleeks, Sr. and Dineace Malone Fleeks. Billy Ray grew up in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School. He enjoyed playing football during his high school years. After high school, he attended Angelo State University and also Texas A&M. Billy Ray went to work for Tri Corp Security where he worked for many years achieving a supervisor position. Billy Ray was a loving son, brother, husband and father who devoted his life to his family. He loved hanging out with his family and occasionally cooking some good barbeque. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing and he loved watching football, especially his team, the Dallas Cowboys. Billy Ray loved people. He loved to act goofy and joke around with everyone. He would always help anyone in need and had a beautiful forgiving heart. His life and legacy of love will remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss him! Billy Ray was preceded in death by his Parents and one brother Jerry Malone.
He leaves to cherish his memory with his beloved family from Gainesville,TX his wife Jammie Thomas, of San Angelo; his four children, Anojah Fleeks, Billy Fleeks, Tariq Thomas and Marcus Thomas, all of San Angelo; 6 Grandchildren; his Brothers, Charles Mitchell and Patrick Mitchell; his Sisters, Dorothy Mitchell, Martha Fleeks, Kienandra Williams, all of San Angelo, Angela Phillips, of Midland, TX; numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friend Sam Singleton, of San Angelo.
