Elsa Flores, 54, passed away February 4, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas.
Memorial service will be at 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Elsa was born April 21, 1970, in Plainview to Alberto "Tico" Flores and was raised by Jesus and Lupe Flores. She attended school and graduated in Mertzon. She became a mother in 1987 and had 5 children. Unfortunately, in 2009 she had an accident that caused her to become a paraplegic. She never let her disability stop her from being an outgoing and loving person who could always make people laugh. Elsa was a very forgiving person and loved her grandkids very much.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter, Zoela Hardin.
Elsa is survived by four daughters; Arlene Montez and husband Eric Gonzales, Audrey Montez, Erin Kirk, Jasmine Flores; one son, Baby Paul Henry Montez, Jr.; one brother, Richard Flores; one sister, Lisa Flores; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; many aunts and uncles who were raised like siblings; and many cousins and friends.
