Bevely Jean Walker, 57, passed away December 9, 2023, in Kyle surrounded by her loving family.
Public viewing will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, December 22, 2023, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 223, 2023, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Bevley Jean Walker was born August 12, 1966, as the last child born to Charlie and Emma Walker in San Angelo. Bevley grew up singing in the church choir, loving on animals, playing and being outside with her siblings or just being a typical baby sister. Bevley graduated in 1985 from Central High School in San Angelo where she was greatly involved in softball, which has been passed down to her grandchildren. In her early 2020's, Bevley moved with her children to Austin, and began working with children exclusively specifically children with special needs. Bevley would go on to work for the Austin Independent School District before medical retirement. Bevley still continued her work with children through babysitting and her work with children through the children's ministry as well as being a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren.
Bevely leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Andre Walker, Sr. and wife Jackie, LaEmma Hernandez and husband Jonathon, Aniyah Walker, and daughters-in-love, Nancy Walker and Khristina Wright; 8 grandchildren, Emya Walker, Andre Walker, Jr., Troy Wright, Josiah Hernandez, Kevin Wright, Kingston Walker, Audreanna Walker, and Charley Walker and her "fur grand babies" Bougie and Mylo Hernandez; her siblings, Charlie Walker Jr, Emmadale French and husband Stanley, Elaine Cook and husband Paul, Trudy Brown, Danny Walker and wife Doris, Earl Walker and wife Anita, Wanda Jelks and husband Thomas, Joyce Walker-Adesina; and sister-in-love, Marilyn Randall. Bevley is preceded in death by her parents, Emma and Charlie Walker; a brother, George Walker; a sister, Judy Walker; a nephew, John Adesina, Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Richard Brown.
Bevley was a wonderful God-fearing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be missed immensely.
