Joe was an adventurous person and had many hobbies. He obtained his pilot’s license in the 1990’s and loved flying his Cessna plane. He also loved movies and watching his favorite TV shows (over and over and over) including Little House on the Prairie, The Beverly Hillbillies, and his more modern favorites, Friends and Everybody Loves Raymond. He had an especially soft spot for dogs. His two “boys”, Junior and Colton loved him very much and were with him until the end. He was a proud and loving father to his daughter.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Traci Forrest and husband Keith; granddaughter, Kendall Forrest; brother, Mike Parrish; and nieces Patricia Riggins and Crystal Johns.
A special thank you to Ken Gully, Billy and Marissa Sellman and Roger Bailey for always helping him with whatever he needed. Also, thank you to Alice who was always there for him. He loved you very much.
