Jeanette "Jean" Ann Hirt

Jean was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, during her incredible 89 years of life. She passed away peacefully and was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

Jean was born on September 1, 1933, to William and Freda Droll in Runnels County. Jean graduated from Eola High School.

Jean and Bernard were married on September 26, 1954 in Rowena, Texas.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, William and Freda; her husband, Bernard; son, Guy; siblings, Ethel, Billy, Carl.

She is survived by four of her five children: Diane Kadlacek (Steven); Bruce (Kelley), Mitchell (Stacy), Mark (Odelia), former daughter-in-law Debbie Murphy. She leaves behind her grandchildren: Cory (Lisa), Nicholas (Stasey), Brandon, Whitney ( Mike), Dustin (Deidra), Tanner, Mackenzie (Brooke), Baylee (Tyler), Shelby (Jason), Sawyer (Fay), Sayde (Dylan), Diandra, and Travis; and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Harvey Droll, Lucille Halfmann, Dorothy Hirt.

A rosary service will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Wall, TX Thursday, May 4 at 6:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Wall, TX Friday, May 5 at 10:00 am.

A heartfelt thanks to Interim Hospice and her many caretakers.
