Linda was one of four children born to Harry Donell Nabors Sr. and Ruby Lee Green Nabors. She attended high school at the Central High School in San Angelo, where she graduated with the class of 1969.
Some years later, she met the love of her life, Ernest Bibbs, and they were united in marriage in May of 1984. They were blessed with 20 years of marriage until they were separated by the passing of Ernest in 2004.
Linda was such a pleasure to be around. Her personality and laughter could fill the Senior Citizen Center, and Bingo Hall where she enjoyed socializing with her friends. She was a hard worker. In fact, she worked at Ethicon for 35 years before she finally retired.
Linda was also a very spiritual minded person and loved to sing praises to God. She became a faithful member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where she would attend until her health began to decline. Although her health made It difficult to physically attend service, Linda never lost her faith and will forever be remembered as a strong woman of faith.
Linda is preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother, Harry Donell Nabors Jr.
Survivors include her son, Lenier Bibbs and wife Melissa of San Angelo; two sisters, Felica Nabors and Arleiva Livingston, both of California; two aunts, Glinder Green and Maxine Mcgaskey; three nieces, Keya Nabors, Alycia Nabors, and Irene Livingston-Green; a nephew, Robert Livington; and six grandchildren, Dimitrious Seewel, Deyvn Paz, Lyia Bibbs, Kai Bibbs, Audryna Paz, and Mya Kelly; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
The family of Linda Bibbs would like to send a special thank you to Shannon Medical Center, Robert Massie Funeral Home, Lawnhaven, and Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.
