Sweet, rowdy, loving and way out of control Nathan Villarreal entered the gates of heaven on February 26th, 2022.
Nathan was extremely passionate and selfless in every area of his life and could fix just about anything whether it be glasses, broken toys, lawn mowers or a customized elevator that only he held the keys to. Nathan took so much pride in overcoming any challenges that were thrown at him and had such an infectious personality that even at times when speaking to strangers he would act as if he had known them all his life and by the time you knew it, he had them dancing, singing, joking, or even worshiping. Their never really being a dull moment always claiming that he was a lover not a fighter, he was truly a carefree spirit.
Nathan was born on April 17th, 1968, in Santa Anna, Texas to Felipe and Erlinda Villarreal of Ballinger, Texas. He grew up in Ballinger alongside his older brother Randy and younger brother David Villarreal. In 1986 Nathan met his beautiful wife Shellie and within a few months proceeded on to get married that same year on Christmas day. Not even a year later were they blessed with their sweet bundle of joy, Anthony Nathan Villarreal. In 1989 he moved his family to San Angelo, Texas where he went on to build a beautiful home of 35 years.
Nathan was an exceptional welder and a jack of many trades whether it be projects around the house or something as easy as starting the stove. He enjoyed watching football, UFC and The Three Little Pigs, but more than anything Nathan loved spending time with his son, wife and grandbabies Ariston and Saige. Family was always his number one priority doing just about anything to make sure that everyone was taken care of. Nathan loved whole heartly and was a one-of-a-kind man that always had a smile on his face, and no one ever knew when he was having a bad day, he loved to have fun like every day was a celebration. He will be dearly missed with endless love.
Nathan is survived by his beloved wife, Shellie of Byesville, OH, his son Anthony Villarreal, his wife Marie and their children Ariston and Saige, of San Angelo, Texas. His father Felipe Villarreal Jr., of Ballinger, Texas; brother David Villarreal and his wife Aprile and their children of San Angelo, Texas, plus many family members and friends. He is preceded in death with loving mother Erlinda Villarreal, oldest brother Randy Villarreal and his beloved fur babies Champ and Zoe.
