Theodore Ray Hall, 65, of San Angelo Tx went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 5, 2021, in San Angelo. Theodore was born July 26, 1956, in Marietta, Ohio to George W. and Rose Mary (Freshour)Hall. He grew up in the Mid-Ohio Valley area and graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1974. Theodore worked various jobs before enlisting in the United States Navy. He served his country honorably in The United States Navy from 1976 to 1982, serving on the USS Yellowstone.
Upon finishing his years in the Navy, he went to work as an electronic maintenance planner for North Anna Nuclear Power Station, retiring from there in 1994. Theodore loved electronics and enjoyed tinkering around and fixing anything that needed it. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds Baseball fan and an even more enthusiastic Cincinnati Bengals fan and looked forward to watching their seasons every year. Theodore was a hard-working son, father and grandfather who loved his family, and we will dearly miss him! He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Charles William Hall.
Theodore is survived by his son, Chad Hall and his wife Kelly, of San Angelo Tx; his daughter, Sonja Hall, of Parkersburg, W.V; his grandchildren, Joshua and Charlee Winant-Hall, of San Angelo and Chasidy Church and Alyssa Church, of Parkersburg, W.V; 3 Great Grandchildren; his brothers, George Thomas Hall and his wife Sandy, of Waverly, W.V., and Terry Hall and his wife Kim, of Parkersburg, W.V; his sister, Connie Woodmansee and her husband Woody, of Winnsboro, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. He is also survived by close friends Jo and Alan Day, of Vienna, W.V., Bruce and Lynn Day, of Lurray, VA., and Billy and Nancy Dietz, of Belpre, OH, who he considered family. A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
